Where to sell AI agents, skills and templates: fees compared
There is no single store for AI agents. Each platform runs its own: AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft take a 3% fee, Salesforce 15%. Cross-platform stores sell by format: Swarms keeps 10% and Agensi 30% of skill sales; Neura Market sells automation templates (fees: see vendor site). Relevance AI takes no cut.

Is there one place to sell AI agents?
No. Each AI platform runs its own store, and what you can sell depends on the format you built in. Cloud buyers shop in AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft and Salesforce marketplaces. Agent builders such as Relevance AI, MindStudio and n8n sell inside their own apps. Cross-platform stores split by format: Agensi sells SKILL.md skills, Neura Market sells automation templates for five tools, Swarms sells agents, prompts, MCP servers and skills, and Gumroad sells any file. MCP directories list servers for free but pay nothing. Still deciding what to build? See AI agent business ideas.

Where can you sell agents to companies?
The four cloud marketplaces, if your buyers already pay through them. AWS cut its public SaaS listing fee to 3%, with private offers at 1.5% to 3% by deal size. Google Cloud moved to a variable share from 3% down to 1.5% for eligible deals. Microsoft charges a 3% store service fee and nothing to publish. Salesforce AgentExchange takes 15% of revenue, plus a $0.30 Stripe fee on card payments. All four tie the sale to their own billing, so these suit vendors selling to enterprise accounts.

Where can you sell skills, prompts and templates across platforms?
Pick the store that matches your format. Skills written as SKILL.md files work in many coding agents, and Agensi sells them for a 30% fee. Automation templates sell on Neura Market, across n8n, Make, Zapier, Activepieces and Pipedream (fees: see vendor site). See our Neura Market guide for platforms and review. Swarms lists agents, prompts, tools, MCP servers and skills, keeps 10% and charges no listing fee. PromptBase takes 20% on marketplace sales and 0% when buyers come through your own referral link. Gumroad sells any file at 10% plus 50 cents.
Skills for coding agents
Agensi says a SKILL.md skill made for Codex CLI also runs in Claude Code, Cursor and 20 or more other agents, because skills are plain files. That makes skills the most portable thing on this list. Agensi charges a flat 30% platform fee with no per-transaction fee, and pays creators the other 70%.
Automation templates
Neura Market supports n8n, Make, Zapier, Activepieces and Pipedream, and each listing declares its platform. For its fees, see vendor site. Neura points out that one use case built for Make, Zapier and n8n can sell to three audiences. n8n's own Creator Hub offers paid templates only after three approved templates.

Can you still sell on the GPT Store or Agent.ai?
Not as a new seller. OpenAI's help center says new GPT creation and publishing are not available on personal ChatGPT accounts, including Free, Go, Plus and Pro. OpenAI is moving custom GPTs to plugins; for affected Enterprise workspaces, retirement is planned for December 11, 2026. Agent.ai is gone as a standalone platform: on October 22, 2026, agent.ai redirected to BuilderPack, a set of actions for HubSpot Agent Builder. Coverage dates the close to August 22, 2026, but we could not find that date on an Agent.ai or HubSpot page.

Which agent builders let you sell inside their platform?
Relevance AI lets builders price agents up to $1,000 and takes no cut, though most buyers also need a Relevance subscription to run them. MindStudio says creators keep all revenue. Poe pays bot creators in 23 regions: you set a price per message, Quora keeps other revenue, and payouts start at $10. n8n allows paid templates for verified creators. Dify's marketplace allows only free plugins for now, and crewAI's revenue share is still planned. Each of these sells only inside its own app. Prefer paid tasks to selling templates? Where can you list an MCP server for free?
MCP directories list servers for free but have no checkout, so they bring discovery, not sales. Glama's registry showed 108,273 servers on October 22, 2026, and mcp.so takes free submissions. PulseMCP has paused new submissions while it reworks listings. Smithery says it will shut down its connection services, including its hosted server URLs, on October 31, 2026 and stay a public registry. If you listed on Smithery, here is moving off Smithery. To charge for an MCP server, Swarms lists MCP servers for sale with a 10% fee. Apify Store also sells Actors that agents can call. Building one? See remote MCP servers. What could we not verify?
Some fees and dates did not appear on a vendor page we could read on October 22, 2026, so they are not in the table. n8n does not publish its cut on paid templates. Fetch.ai Agentverse publishes no fee schedule. Poe does not publish what share Quora keeps. OpenAI's monetization pilot terms now redirect to a general publishing page. Agent.ai's August 22 close date comes from third-party coverage only. Marketplace sizes for Hugging Face Spaces, Smithery, mcp.so and PromptBase vary by source.
