Jordan Rafealov's October 24, 2026 video walks through 11 free Grok Bot templates that he says come from an unofficial GitHub repo, not xAI's marketplace. Here is what each one does according to the video, the account access it would need, and why his income figures are only claims. We did not test them.
| Bot | What he says it does | Access it would need | Where in the video |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proto Bot | Idea to clickable software prototype | Code repo or hosting (write) | 1:03 |
| Phone Receptionist | Answers calls, books, texts owner | Phone/SMS (Twilio), Google Calendar, caller data | 2:30 |
| Site Smith | Quick local website + preview link | Hosting account, outreach email or phone | 3:46 |
| AI SEO Hacker | AI-answer check + schema fix | Client website or CMS | 4:49 |
| Haggle Bot | Finds unused seats, drafts counters | Software admin/billing, quotes, invoices | 5:51 |
| Ad Spend Desk | Flags wasted ad spend, moves budget | Ad report CSV; ad account (write, spends money) | 7:08 |
| AI UGC & Ads Studio | Ad concepts and hooks | Shopify, Higgsfield, Meta ad tools | 7:46 |
| Ecom Store Builder | Builds a Shopify store and checkout | Shopify store (write) | 8:36 |
| Win-Back Agent | Notes to lapsed customers | Customer list, messaging account | 9:23 |
| Follow-Up Machine | Day 2/5/9 follow-ups on quotes | Email or SMS account, prospect list | 10:13 |
| Google Maps bot | Maps ranking, review replies | Google Business Profile | 11:30 |
What are Grok Bot templates?
A Grok Bot template is a shareable recipe for a bot. xAI's guide says it packages a bot's instructions, relevant memories, skills and first-party plugins, but not custom code, scripts, MCP servers or secrets. Adding one creates your own copy. Templates come from xAI's marketplace or from public links anyone can share. For approval-gated setups by job, see Grok Bot for small business.
Who makes Grok Bot templates?
Anyone can. xAI's docs say any Grok Bot user can share a bot as a template link, and that shared Bots are created by other users. Adding one accepts the third-party bot terms. A copy does not get the creator's computer, logins or chat history, so you connect your own apps after adding it. For n8n, Make and Zapier templates, see AI agent and workflow template marketplaces.

Are the 11 Grok Bots in the video official?
He says no. He calls them unofficial, found in a GitHub repo he says holds more than 5,400 bots (video, 0:25), and tells viewers to use them at their own risk (video, 0:41). Two names, Proto Bot and Haggle Bot, match templates on xAI's official marketplace; the other nine names don't appear there.
How many official Grok Bot templates are there?
He says there are about 150 official Grok Bots on the marketplace (video, 0:19). When we read xAI's marketplace page on October 25, 2026, its page data listed 90 templates. The count changes as xAI adds more, so check the marketplace yourself. We did not count the GitHub repo he shows.
Where does he link the bots?
He says the links are in his free Skool group, where you click Add to Grok Bot and then Add Bot (video, 1:20). We link only the video. We don't link the repo, the group or any install page, because we have not checked what those templates contain.

Building your own? See where to sell AI agents and templates.
1. What does Proto Bot do?
He says Proto Bot turns a two-sentence idea into a working, clickable software prototype you can sell, before you write any code (video, 1:03). His example is a roof replacement cost calculator for a roofing company (video, 2:21). He says you add it from a link in his free Skool group, then click Add Bot and it starts onboarding (video, 1:20).
What are the risks of Proto Bot?
To build and share a working app, it would need somewhere to put the code, such as a code repo or a hosting account. That is write access. Giving an agent repo access? See is the GitHub MCP server safe. A template also named Proto Bot is on xAI's official marketplace, so check which one you are adding. He says you could charge $1,500 per prototype or 15% of Product Hunt sales (video, 2:03); he names no client or sale.

2. What does Phone Receptionist do?
Phone Receptionist is an AI voice receptionist for local businesses that miss calls after hours (video, 2:45). He says it answers on the second ring, books the job into Google Calendar and texts the owner and the technician (video, 3:11), and that texting customers a confirmation needs Twilio (video, 3:46).
What are the risks of Phone Receptionist?
It would need a phone number and texting through Twilio, write access to the business's Google Calendar, and the names and numbers of everyone who calls. Callers talk to a bot from code nobody at xAI reviewed. He says you could charge a $600 setup or a fee per saved lead (video, 2:56); he gives no client result.

3. What does Site Smith do?
Site Smith builds the '48-hour local website' (video, 3:53). He says you find local businesses with slow websites, or with strong Google reviews and no website, build them a new site, and send a free preview link they pay for only if they want it (video, 4:08). He says you can host it free on Vercel or Cloudflare (video, 4:45).
What are the risks of Site Smith?
It would need a hosting account to publish sites, plus your email or phone to send preview links to businesses that never asked for one, so check the outreach rules where you work. He says one redesign sells for $1,000 plus a hosting fee (video, 4:04), or $500 to $1,000 a site (video, 4:38). Those are his figures, not results.

4. What does AI SEO Hacker do?
AI SEO Hacker is about getting a business recommended by ChatGPT, Grok Bot and Claude (video, 4:56). He says you enter six buyer questions, the bot checks four AI engines and writes a schema fix (video, 5:20), and you can cold-pitch owners who don't show up when you type their name (video, 5:04).
What are the risks of AI SEO Hacker?
To apply the schema fix it would need access to the client's website or CMS. No tool controls what an AI assistant recommends, so treat any promise of a top spot as unproven. He says you can charge up to $1,000 to rank someone number one inside ChatGPT (video, 5:13); the video shows no before-and-after result.

5. What does Haggle Bot do?
Haggle Bot reviews a company's software spend. He says it finds empty seats and underused tools (video, 5:52), reads any software quote you upload, and writes a counter offer to take to the vendor (video, 6:15). His examples include HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zapier, Slack and Calendly (video, 6:38).
What are the risks of Haggle Bot?
It would need admin or billing access to every software account it checks, plus the company's quotes and invoices. xAI's official marketplace also lists a Haggle Bot under From Grok Bot Team; we could not check whether his link is that template or a community copy. He says it can save tens of thousands of dollars (video, 6:03) and that you can charge a share of the savings (video, 6:48); he gives no example.

6. What does Ad Spend Desk do?
Ad Spend Desk looks for wasted ad budget. He says you drop in a 60-day ad report as a CSV, it flags dead ad spend, and it moves budget to the ads that are working (video, 7:27). He shows a back end he says you could white-label (video, 7:42).
What are the risks of Ad Spend Desk?
Reading a CSV is low risk, but moving budget means write access to a live ad account, which can spend real money; keep that step for a person. He says most online stores waste 20 to 35% of their ad budget (video, 7:20) and that you could charge a $500 to $1,000 monthly retainer (video, 7:38). He cites no source or client for either.

7. What does AI UGC & Ads Studio do?
AI UGC & Ads Studio makes ad creative. He says you feed it one product and it writes ad concepts and hooks based on winning ads it pulls from the ad library (video, 8:14). He says it is meant to be hooked up to Higgsfield, Shopify and Meta's ad tools (video, 8:00).
What are the risks of AI UGC & Ads Studio?
It would need your Shopify store, a Higgsfield account and Meta ad access, and an AI image or video tool bills you as you use it. He describes ads built from other brands' winning ads, so check you have the rights to anything it reuses. He says it can bring in $700 to $800 a month per client (video, 8:08); that is his claim.

8. What does Ecom Store Builder do?
Ecom Store Builder sets up an online store. He says you feed in the product info and it builds the Shopify store with bundles, order bumps and checkout (video, 8:55), can make product images through Higgsfield (video, 9:09), and adds a custom cart that upsells through checkout (video, 9:18).
What are the risks of Ecom Store Builder?
It would need write access to a Shopify store, including products and checkout, where a mistake reaches paying customers. Keep a person approving changes before anything goes live. Store and image tools may bill as you use them. He says you could easily charge $500 per build (video, 8:52); he names no store built with it. 9. What does Win-Back Agent do?
Win-Back Agent tries to bring old customers back. He says you upload a list of past or inactive clients, and it writes each one a personal note to get them booked again (video, 9:39). He pitches it to med spas, physios and other clinics with repeat customers (video, 9:54).
What are the risks of Win-Back Agent?
It would need the client's customer list and a way to message those people. Clinic records can include health details, so check what you are allowed to share with any bot. Messages go to people under the business's name. He says you can charge up to $400 per reactivation (video, 9:34); he gives no example.

10. What does Follow-Up Machine do?
Follow-Up Machine chases quotes that never closed, for plumbers, roofers and other local businesses (video, 10:23). He says you load in everyone who got a quote, and it follows up on day 2, day 5 and day 9, with photo evidence, tailoring each message to their objections (video, 10:42).
What are the risks of Follow-Up Machine?
Automated follow-ups mean it sends email or texts under the business's name, so it would need that inbox or phone account and the prospect list. Check consent and opt-out rules before it sends to anyone. He asks whether an owner would pay $400 or $500 a month for it (video, 11:12); that is a sales pitch, not a result.

11. What does Google Maps bot do?
The Google Maps bot is about getting a local business into the top three on Google Maps (video, 11:32). He says it shows the client how to rank there and replies to their reviews on autopilot (video, 12:23).
What are the risks of Google Maps bot?
Replying to reviews means access to the business's Google Business Profile, and every reply is public. He says the top three get 70% of calls (video, 11:38) and suggests promising a top-three spot in 60 days or a free month or money back (video, 12:04), plus a $350 monthly retainer (video, 11:56). He cites no source for the 70%, and no one can promise a ranking.

Can you really make $287 a day with these Grok Bots?
That is his claim, not a result. He says you can make up to $287 a day across all 11 bots (video, 12:38) and sets a goal of about $8,000 a month (video, 0:33). In the narration he names no client, sale or payment from any of the 11 bots. The prices are what he says you could charge.
Why does the title say $297 a day?
The video title says '$297/Day', but he says $287 a day out loud at the start and the end (video, 0:10), and the chapter list says '$287 a day'. We can't tell which he meant. Either way it is a projection of what the bots could earn, not a figure he shows anyone earning.
Is the video selling anything?
Yes. Near the end he promotes his paid community with his Grok Bot templates and training (video, 12:44), and the video description carries his referral links. He also says many of the bots will run autonomously without you (video, 12:31); each one above still sends, spends or publishes in someone's name.

How do you check a community Grok Bot template before you add it?
Read what it contains, check who made it, and connect one app at a time, read-only first. Keep a person approving anything that sends, spends or publishes, and never paste keys or passwords into it. Treat any income figure as a pitch until you test it.
- Read the template before you add it. Open the template's details and read its instructions, skills, routines and integrations. xAI's own template guide says to make sure everything is exactly what you'd expect before installing.
- Check who made it. xAI's docs say shared Bots are made by other users, and adding one accepts the third-party bot terms. A name match with an official template doesn't make a copy official.
- Connect one app at a time, read-only first. Give it one account, run a task that only reads, and check the result before you allow anything that writes, sends or spends. Trying code you don't trust? Run agent code in a sandbox.
- Keep a person on sends, spend and publishing. Messages to customers, ad budget moves, store changes and public review replies should wait for your yes.
- Never paste keys or passwords into a bot's chat or setup. Templates don't carry your logins, so you reconnect apps yourself. Use each app's own sign-in, not a key pasted into a message. Compare security tools in the directory.
- Treat income figures as a pitch. Every price and income number in the video is what he says you could charge. Test with one real client before you count on any of it.

What could we not verify?
We did not test any of the 11 bots or open his install links, so everything they do here is what Jordan Rafealov's video says. We could not confirm whether his Proto Bot and Haggle Bot are xAI's official templates or community copies. We have no search volume data, and no proof of any income figure.

What else do people ask?
Are Grok Bot templates official?
Some are. xAI runs an official marketplace, but any Grok Bot user can share a template link, and xAI's docs say shared Bots are made by other users. Adding one accepts the third-party bot terms.
Are the 11 bots in Jordan Rafealov's video official?
He says they are unofficial and come from a GitHub repo, and says to use them at your own risk. Two names, Proto Bot and Haggle Bot, match official marketplace templates; we could not confirm which versions he links.
Is it safe to add an unofficial Grok Bot template?
It can be, if you check it first. Read its instructions, skills and integrations, connect one app at a time read-only, and keep a person approving anything that sends, spends or publishes.
Can you make $287 a day with Grok Bots?
That is his claim. He says you can make up to $287 a day across the 11 bots, but names no client, sale or payment in the video. Treat it as a projection.
What access do these Grok Bots need?
Based on what he describes: phone and calendar for Phone Receptionist, website hosting for Site Smith, software billing for Haggle Bot, ad accounts for Ad Spend Desk, a Shopify store for Ecom Store Builder and a Google Business Profile for the Maps bot.
Do Grok Bot templates include the creator's logins?
No. xAI says a template is a copy that doesn't carry the creator's computer, logins, chat history or secrets. You connect your own apps after you add it.
Where can I find the 11 bots?
He says they are linked in his free Skool group. We link only the video, not the repo, the group or any install page.
Did DartzDabz test these Grok Bots?
No. This page reports what the video says each bot does, the access it would need, and the risks. We did not install or run any of them.
